Data collection

This data is used exclusively to ensure the technical operation of the website and is not used to identify individual users.
Contact form
When you contact us via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email, phone number, address (street, optional address line 2, postcode, city), preferred appointment, message) is transmitted to us by email for processing your inquiry. You may optionally attach photos to illustrate your request. Embedded metadata (e.g. GPS location, device information) is removed server-side before transmission. Photos are not stored on the server — they are sent exclusively as email attachments to the business owner. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. This contains only an acknowledgment of receipt, not a copy of your message. Inquiry data is deleted within 6 months if no contract results; where a contract is established, statutory retention periods apply (10 years per Swiss OR Art. 958f). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
